Want to dunk but don't know how?

Every person who has ever played basketball, whether it is competitive or just for fun wants to dunk. But, only a small amount of people can and know what to do to achieve this. People make all sorts of excuses: too short, genetics, equipment. Yes all of these things help but it is certainly possible to throw down some solid dunks without these things.

Introducing: the leaper, this is my program that I used to increase my vertical. It uses principles that NBA players such as Ja Morant and Russell Westbrook use to have crazy hops. Look out for a post that is limited to 'The Leaper' subscribers to subscribe.
